ABOUT US AND PIZZA

Olympia Pizza was founded in 1972 by Spiro Aliagas. Mr. Aliagas was a master of pasta recipes and delicious pizza combo ideas. Using the Greek-style of pizza-making, he successfully opened other pizzerias in the Puget Sound area.

Olympia Pizza continues to prepare pizza the Greek way. Greek-Style pizza pie is a deep dish pan pizza where the crust is lighter on the inside and more crisp on the outside. Fresh 100% Danish mozzarella cheese covers choice toppings. Baked to perfection, the mozzarella forms a beautiful glaze and captures the flavors of the toppings for a delicious pizza experience!
